Asymptomatic Testing Available


Asymptomatic COVID-19 Testing is available at T.A. Blakelock High School in the theatre (1160 Rebecca St, Oakville) on Saturday, June 5 (9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) and Thursday, June 10 (3:30 - 8 p.m.) for students, families and staff at our school. Asymptomatic COVID-19 testing is voluntary and only for asymptomatic individuals. Refer to the HDSB email sent on June 2 for details. Halton Food for Thought is dedicated to feeding the success of our students, one healthy, happy student tummy at a time.

We are in this together! To help support our most vulnerable student families during these unprecedented times HFFT is providing Grocery Gift Cards to purchase healthy snacks and meals this summer.

  • One registration per household.

  • Registration closes June 19th, 2021.

  • Grocery Gift Card value will depend on total registrations received.

  • Cards will be distributed via email or mail in July.

  • Halton Food for Thought reserves the right to verify student status with our partner schools.

This email is full of information and important dates to help you know what is going on here at school. Prevalent Student Medical Conditions (click for hdsb.ca forms)

The Halton District School Board has updated several Administrative Procedures to better support students who have Anaphylaxis, Asthma, Diabetes, Epilepsy and Seizure Disorders. With these revised procedures students who have any of the listed prevalent medical conditions must have a Plan of Care in place and Request to Administer Medications forms signed by a physician. Please contact the office at 905-827-2741 if your child has a prevalent medical condition.
